Woman, 83, who always helped others now in need

An e-mail plea is making the rounds to local animal rescue groups with the story of an 83-year-old Ramona widow who is losing her home of more than 25 years to foreclosure.

Friends of Rose Newbrough, who with her husband helped raise more than 25 foster children and rescued numerous abandoned animals, have been helping her find homes for pets she can't take to her new home.
