MURRIETA – Three Banning women are locked up in lieu of $1 million bail each Monday on suspicion of beating up and cutting another woman, police said.
Labrea Clayonda Steward, 27, the last of the three to be arrested, was tracked down in Hesperia, police said.
Azia Aldred, 24, and Erica Bastidas, 21, were arrested last week on suspicion of attacking 20-year-old Shanice Wilson of Banning on July 11, police said.
Banning police were sent to the 400 block of East Hoffer Street on a report of women fighting, police said.
Wilson was found with cuts on her head, face and back, police said, adding that she underwent surgery to repair the cuts. The suspects had fled.
Aldred surrendered Wednesday, and Bastidas was picked up at her home Thursday, police said.
An arrest warrant was issued for Steward, who was arrested Saturday, police said.
Bastidas is due in court in Banning tomorrow to answer to charges of aggravated mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon liable to cause great bodily injury and other allegations, according to booking records.
Steward is due in court Wednesday, and Aldred is scheduled for arraignment Friday, court records show.
